CT Association of School Administrators
The Connecticut Association of School Personnel Administrators (CASPA) is a professional organization who have responsibility for the personnel/human resource functions in Connecticut school districts. Before coming to BAP, CASPA was utilizing a UNIX based List Server to manage online communications with their membership. This system was fraught with problems, including SPAM, subscription glitches and the inability to send HTML based communications. BAP suggested the use of a PHP based, MySQL driven application solution that allowed complete self subscribe/unsubscribe functions for the membership as well as HTML newsletter capabilities in both HTML and TEXT based on user preferences. SPAM was also eliminated.
